His Trait is garbage, protecting him against very few effects, allowing him to get easily denied. While that might seem pretty good, he doesn't have much going for in his actual movepool. He can apply Damage Buffs, Skill Mirror, two Tortures, and regenerate his stamina. Seems like $P really loves making trash YouTuber monsters, huh? Fundy's a really bad Fire Attacker who can't do much.
